The weather was crap-- but the day was wonderful!
I had a wonderful birthday lunch -- at work -- Great Harvest Sandwiches- can't go wrong-- and my mom made a wonderful Cherry Chocolate Cake- ooh yum!
Kara and Hannah brought me chocolate chip cookies (soo good) and balloons that sing-- Princess balloons at that!!
Then Chet brought Porter to work -- so my mom could take him home- and me and Chet went to dinner- we went to Sandpiper- I loved that I didn't have to decide where to go!
Dinner was amazing -- ooh soo delicious!
Then we tried to figure out what to do next- but IF is boring boring- so we browsed some stores- picked up Porter and went home--
My mom had asked me what I wanted for my birthday -- a blender-- or maybe a food processor--
She found both -- all in one! Hooray for that!!
Chet got me new snow boots- since mine had worn clear out-- I'm rough on stuff!!!
It was wonderful wonderful day -- I loved everything I got-- and a great big thank you to all who gave birthday wishes and presents-- Loved them All!!!
Just a word out there on the Street--I'm gonna Rock 29! So watch out!

Sounds like a great day. We have the same tastes - I love Great Harvest sandwiches (the turkey one with cranberries and cream cheese - yum!) and Sandpiper.
Glad you had a good birthday. It makes me laugh that you went shopping...Blaine and I usually go Christmas shopping on our Anniversary. We are boring!
