Happy Birthday!

So I'm now officially old! Yup 27 I think is as old as I care to get! I just have to say though-- I have the best family ever! Between my husband and my mom and everyone else-- I had an extended lengthy wonderful birthday -- On Friday -- my mom made soup and apple crisp for my whole office and we had a wonderful birthday lunch ! Saturday -- my mom -- once again-- what a great lady huh!-- made Chicken noodle soup for my family -- they all came over and celebrated! See a theme-- I really like soup! Sunday was actually my birthday and I had no idea what I wanted to do, but I ditched out on church -- and Chet had the day off-- and we just spent the whole day doing whatever! It was great-- we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast-- then went shoe shopping-- I found nothing cute-- but I'll keep looking-- we looked at furniture-- we had lunch at Taco Bell-- I know I'm such high maintenance huh!

Then home to feed the animals-- Check to see if the ice was melted off the fish pond -- which is finally was! Only took all day! Then we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse! After dinner we stopped to get a movie-- I got to pick-- which was a bad idea-- I wanted a romantic/funny movie-- so I got PS I love you-- uhm -- hello-- that is the most depressing movie ever! Some funny parts, but it doesn't make up for the huge lump in my throat that I had to keep swallowing and the tears pouring down my face leaving mascara residue on Chet's white shirt! But if you haven't seen it already -- just pass on that-- cuz wow- depressing!

Oh and then tonight my in-laws are coming over for dinner--! I know I'm spoiled! I gotta spread out the festivities!

Oh and Thank you Chet-- I loved my present-- he got me this soo awesome digital photo frame! Way to go baby!
