Just Stuff

I've been slacking- I do appologize-- lots of things have been doing on- none very note worthy- but here is quick run down!!

We had ladies night #2-- we did a fondue night-- Not everyone was able to make it- it was my mom's anniversary (so she was excused) and Terresa had a terrible day at the doctors office doing her glucose test- so also excused- but Jodi and Kara made it- and it was delicious!! Check out the spread!!

 

We did 3 types of fondues- cheese, chocolate and peanut butter- witha ll sorts of dippers- Thanks to Cindy and Ken for giving me their tried and True recipies they were wondeful!!!


I used the left over fondue for a date night me and Chet had a couple of nights later- we did a Las Vegas Themed night- it was super duper fun- but odd to be without Porter- my mom kept him overnight- and by 8:00 p.m. we were done with what I had planned- and we almost (almost) went and got Porter -- cuz we were bored and wanted to play - but we went to winco instead and got groceries- wow- we are old and boring !!! GEEZ--  but I think we looked hot for our date- although Chet hated his picture- I told him to try to not look like such a hard ass in the picture- but it just comes naturally to him!! YOu should see his driver's license pic- oh my -- Don't we look ready fora night out in Vegas?  Or in our living room as it turned out!!  I even got Poker Chips- and I wooped his behind in 21- what can I say the house always wins!!!

Me and Porter had a day off together for President's day - so we pampered-- Porter took 5 foot baths that weekend- he loves it- will sit still for over 5 minutes at at ime- that is a miracle right there!!! and has squeaky clean feet!!!

 

so Porter said the funniest thing yesterday - I was trying to ask Hannah why she didn't want to come stay at  my house-- she kept saying- I just don't -- finally she said- well i don't want to cuz your house smells funny (and it does -- ick! - I try- but there is new carpet waiting to be put in hooray!) but any way - your house smells funny -- Porter did not miss a beat- he crinkled up his nose and in the most -- matter of fact- sorry- distainful tone- said- "Ya - we have Cats" I about peed my pants!!

He is hilarious!

Just gotta love living life- right!!!
