Funny Things - that come From The Mouth !

Porter speaks very well- I mean- he is my only kid- and I don't have any one to compare him to- but other people with kids- say he speaks very well for a 2 yr old- you canunderstand most everything- which is good- and bad!!

I keep forgetting to write down the funny things he says- and they happen all day long--

But lately he has been the back seat driver-- he tells me constantly -- "mommy slow down" -- "going to faster" any time there is a bump or anything on the road- that might cause him to drop his snack or rock a little in his car seat- I get that "Going to Faster!" hehehe!!

Yesterday  we were going to do his flu booster- it had only been 1 month since his 2 yr shots- so he was not happy about it-- and the flu was just the sniffer type (nasal spray) -- I picked him up from jodi- and told him we were going to the doctors to get a sniffer- he said - no no Doctor- I said ok- how about we'll go see the nurse-  no no nurse-- Just for a sniffer-- no no Niffer-- Later that night he was telling Chet- he had to go to the doctor to get a niffer and he cried- heheheh!!

They have fishes there he likes so we go in and he is setting up all the little kids chairs along the fish tank-- and comes and tells- me as he points to where the nurse comes to call your name- and you follow her back to the hallway -- don't go that way -- he was soo serious- it was hard not to laugh-- I showed him more fun things- and anyt ime we'd get close to the hallway- he'd tell me again - don't go that way-- heheheh!!

He is getting a funny imagination and  gave me and Chet different names the other day-- He called us the pets names- Chubbles and Fergy- and he was Annie (the dog) hehehehe!!

I just loved his outfit this day- he wouldn't turn around long enough but he looked very "western" !

He tells me alot- "I go beat bo- be right back" - hehehe!   And this week he tells me- "I bite chubbles" (the cat) bad idea little guy!

When you ask him if his name is Porter Thompson- he tells you no- Porter Little Guy.

He is still super anal about closing doors- when going to bed one night I was laying down by him - and had the door open just a tiny crack- easier to get out and not disturbe sleeping man- he told me - "shut it harder"

Chet got put in time out for not closing the door the other day-- naughty Chet!!

He is soo much fun right now- I just wish winter didn't have to come and spoil our outside time!! No one wants to be locked inside in the dark!!!
