I felt bad that I hadn't thrown him a party for 30 -- or 31-- sooo I really wanted to have 32 be the year--the year I was going to show him that I loved him-- that I could celebrate right along with the best of them - -
But the only thing that really got shown -- was that I am terrible of getting ideas out of my head and into reality!!!
Yup it was kind of a bust!
Porter helped wrap the presents-- he gave up his blankets for the day!!
This is called Poor Boy Wrapping paper!!!
His day at work set the mood for the rest of the evening! Although attempts were made to salvage the night-- it ended with a boom - - - not in a good way!

I wanted to do a bear hunting cake-- and had all sorts of cute ideas in my head-- but as usual-- i could not get them to come out to be reality!!
Neither cake turned out just how I wanted-- and I was destroying it taking decorations in and out-- so it finally had to be done!!!
I love him dearly -- and appreciate all that he does for me!
He is my best friend! a Wonderful Dad, and an amazing person!
So maybe next year will be the year for the amazing party?? Or maybe we'll keep it low key- me and him -- at a quiet table some where-- ?? Hmm-- oh the possibilities!
