Bear Lake Continued

After a long day at the beach -- and getting rained out-- ick!!

We all headed back to camp-- OOh to dry clothes-- and some baby wipe bathes!!!

I tried to scrub Porter down -- and he looked a little better!!

Porter had to go for a walk with Grandpa while dinner was cooking-- cuz he was restless and mean!! (Porter -- not Grandpa!)

He was showing me how strong he was right here!!!

After dinner-- it was time for some snacks-- smores-- ooh ya -- I love smores!!!


I made a huge huge double decker smore-- it was delicious- 2 pieces of chocolate-- one huge mallow! I enjoyed it!! Ooh how I enjoyed it!!!


My Dad brought his guitar and played songs-- Hannah loved it-- she sang along-- honestly I loved it too-- it took me way back to being a little girl-- dancing and singing along--


Porter loved the music- he was being a wild animal and had to be penned up-- and was starting to whine when my dad started playing-- and when the music started-- he started jumping and singing along too!!

MOrnings Camping are wonderful-- my dad is a unusually early riser-- I say unusually-- cuz I think anything before 9 a.m. is not worth it!! He likes to be up and gone by 5:30 ish!

So Porter, Hannah and my dad hung out in the mornings around the campfire!! How cozy!


Time to Go home-- take showers! and clean all the sand out of areas that shouldn't have sand!! -- if you know what I mean!

Doesn't Porter look ready to go home!!


I let Porter down for one last hooray with the dirt and rocks-he did a pretty good job of making a mess!!

Well it was a wonderful time-- wonderful food -- ooh the food was good -- way to go !! and Wonderful company -- Can't wait till next year!!!
